Prelaxing: relaxing before one feels the need to relax.
As in, I took a prelaxing vacation last week even though I've only been at my new job for 2 days. Or, I'm so prelaxed that I'm ready for anything this week.
Yes. This is my new focus in my everyday wellness. It's all part of the routinely-filling-up phase of 1) recognizing states of depletion 2) triaging/treating depletion and 3) routinely filling up to avoid depletion.
