After a long day at the office, it feels really great on my back and legs to do Legs Up the Wall for a few minutes.
You can do the pose with our without props.
- Some people like a blanket or pillow under their head.
- A pillow or folded blanket under the lower back can feel good.
- Strap your legs together if they are sliding open.
- Some people like a heavy pillow or blanket on top of their feet, too.
Try this for 3 - 5 minutes at the end of a long day and you'll feel like a new person.
